Chanel

In honor of the 100th anniversary of CHANEL Nº5, the brand launched a one of its kind collection of high jewelry pieces anchored by a singular necklace, the 55.55. I traveled to the brand's headquarters in Paris to photograph this unique piece of the brand's patrimony for a showstopping New York Times coverwrap and an accompanying longform custom content article that tells the story of its design and creation, and promotes the opening of the brand's first ever high jewelry boutique on 5th Avenue.

The article described the history of CHANEL N°5, and the inspiration behind the jewelry collection.
We created interactive scrolling video components to show the transformation of the rough stone, to the final centerpiece diamond.
The coverwrap was delivered to every Sunday home delivery subscriber of the times.
Our photography depicted the necklace 3x its true size to let readers see every facet in impeccable detail.
Custom interactive display banners extended the campaign and focused on highlighting the opening of the new 5th Avenue high jewelry boutique — the Brand's first.
